Q. Who is eligible for state child care scholarships?
A. You may be eligible for an EEC child care subsidy if:

  • You (and your spouse, if applicable) are working, seeking employment, in school or training, disabled or have a special need or family circumstance.
  • Your income is 50%* of the state median income or less.
  • You live  in Massachusetts.

* Income can go to 85% of SMI in special needs & special circumstance situations.
