Q. Who is eligible?
A. You are eligible for this subsidy if:

  • You (and your spouse, if applicable) are working, seeking employment, retired, disabled have a special need or family circumstance.
  • Your child is between the age of 2 years & 9 months and 5 years old.
  • Your income is 50%* of the state median income (SMI) or less.
  • You live  in either Lynnfield, Reading or North Reading, Massachusetts.

* Income can go to 85% of SMI in special needs & special circumstance situations.

Q. How do I know if my income qualifies?*
A. *NoticeAll parent fees are determined by family size and gross income. Please be advised that if your child care provider's daily fee is less than $14.00 per d
ay, no scholarship may be applicable.
